Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed brand standards
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns immediately to management
- Adhere to OSHA and hotel sanitation protocols for guest safety
- Coordinate with front desk and security teams for seamless night operations
- Complete deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience in hotel/resort setting preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Tennessee work authorization and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English proficiency for guest interaction
- Clean background check and drug screening required
