Responsibilities
- Ensure all guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas are immaculate, clean, and well-stocked with amenities.
- Strip and make beds to the highest standards, including precise turning down service.
- Remove trash and dirty linens, replacing them with fresh, crisp linens.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and social distancing policies and procedures.
- Exhibit professional behavior and a positive attitude at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
