Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize 10-15 guest rooms daily, exceeding AAA standards
- Manage inventory and restock luxury amenities (linens, toiletries, minibars)
- Operate commercial-grade equipment (floor buffers, carpet extractors) safely
- Report maintenance issues immediately via digital tracking system
- Coordinate with engineering team for room turnovers during peak hours
- Maintain detailed inspection logs using our proprietary software
- Adhere to OSHA and CDC protocols for chemical handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year commercial housekeeping experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Texas driver's license (for supply runs)
- OSHA bloodborne pathogen certification preferred
- Proficient with tablet-based cleaning management systems
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
