Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning standards
- Coordinate with security team for secure access during overnight shifts
- Prepare rooms for next-day arrivals with meticulous attention to detail
- Handle special requests with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain accurate cleaning logs and quality checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Valid California driver's license (for property transport if required)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency (Spanish speakers encouraged)
