Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff during overnight shifts
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to exceed cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory control for cleaning supplies and amenities
- Train new staff on resort protocols and safety procedures
- Address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly
- Prepare daily shift reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with front desk and security teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality
- Supervisory or team lead experience required
- Valid AZ driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
