Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule the night shift cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory levels of linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any maintenance issues reported during the night shift.
- Enforce strict safety and security protocols for the hotel property.
- Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hotel management preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy furniture and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
