Responsibilities
- Oversee the night audit, ensuring all financial transactions and reports are accurate and processed on time.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
- Monitor hotel security systems and enforce safety protocols to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift promptly.
- Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams during evening hours.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and energy usage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, GuestCentric, or StayNTouch.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required.
