Job Summary:
As a Hotel Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will ensure that every visitor feels comfortable and valued during their stay. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in with efficiency and a smile.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using our property management system.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, answering inquiries about amenities, local attractions, and hotel policies.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Perform lobby checks to ensure the public areas are clean, organized, and inviting.
- Assist with check-out procedures, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the hotel schedule.
- Must be a reliable team player with a positive attitude.
