Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PropertyWare)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Maryland driver's license may be required
