Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, checking them in efficiently and professionally.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and processing payments accurately.
- Information: Provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Security: Monitor the front entrance and lobby area to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Administration: Maintain the front desk area and reception area in pristine condition at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
