Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering inquiries, and resolving issues with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accuracy in data entry and handling payments securely.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls and emails professionally, transferring messages to appropriate departments and maintaining an organized voicemail system.
- Lobby Management: Monitor the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining guest records, filing documents, and managing inventory requests as needed.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or concerns immediately, escalating complex issues to management to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal: A professional demeanor with a friendly and welcoming personality.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
