Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage reservations and room assignments with meticulous attention to detail
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and balance daily reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-centric approach
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of Sacramento attractions and transportation
