Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems (PMS).
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails with courtesy and accuracy.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby and common areas to a pristine standard.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software (preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a focus on service excellence.
