Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local tourism ambassador providing recommendations
- Maintain clean, organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience in hospitality preferred
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera/Micros a plus)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
