Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails with a high level of customer service.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities.
- Process payments and handle guest requests efficiently.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and well-stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with PMS software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
