Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails with a high level of customer service.
  • Assist guests with local recommendations and answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities.
  • Process payments and handle guest requests efficiently.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and well-stocked at all times.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with PMS software.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
