Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and warmth.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing tailored local recommendations.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with concierge requests, including restaurant reservations and transportation.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude are essential.
