Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/out processes and personalized assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Support hotel safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing
- Valid Colorado hospitality alcohol service certification (TIPS)
