Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm hospitality
- Manage reservation systems and room assignments efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms/services
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Oakland attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid CA driver's license preferred
