Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints and requests with patience and a focus on resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a tidy and organized lobby area, including organizing the reception desk and common areas.
- Administrative Tasks: Update guest information in the computer system and process payments securely.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: No prior hotel experience is necessary. We value attitude and work ethic over past history.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
