Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through seamless check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and rate optimization
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate billing records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, security, and valet teams for flawless operations
- Upsell premium services, dining packages, and hotel amenities
- Maintain confidentiality of guest data and sensitive information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Nevada Gaming Card or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic knowledge of Las Vegas attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
