Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and register guests with a professional demeanor
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using PMS software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service requests promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate telephone systems and manage reservations
- Uphold brand standards and maintain lobby cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (training provided)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
