Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments seamlessly
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using conflict resolution best practices
- Process payments and maintain secure financial transaction records
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) efficiently
- Uphold brand standards through impeccable grooming and communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in property management systems (Opera training provided)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (for valet coordination)
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
