Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries with warm, NOLA-inspired hospitality
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and local experiences (tours, restaurants)
- Maintain immaculate front desk and lobby area
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans attractions and transportation
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (if offering valet services)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability including holiday coverage
