Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm hospitality
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments for maximum occupancy
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera PMS)
- Upsell hotel amenities and special packages
- Maintain security and confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends/holidays)
- Proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if airport transfers required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
