Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through check-in/check-out processes and personalized assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, exceeding expectations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain financial accountability
- Uphold brand standards through consistent attention to detail and presentation
Qualifications
