- Check in/out guests efficiently with our modern PMS system
- Manage reservations and address guest inquiries with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Execute safety protocols during emergency situations
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Collaborate with night shift team for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly valued
- Valid Texas Driver's License if valet duties assigned
