Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle phone inquiries, reservations, and general guest requests promptly.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Cash handling and accurate daily settlement of accounts.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software.
- A professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
