Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process using our Property Management System.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain the front desk area and lobby in pristine condition at all times.
- Assist with reservation inquiries and room assignments to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and a problem-solving approach.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
