Responsibilities

  • Greets guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Answers multi-line phone systems and responds to guest inquiries promptly via email or in person.
  • Handles cash, credit card transactions, and petty cash management with 100% accuracy.
  • Maintains the lobby and reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Assists with concierge services, including making local recommendations and arranging transportation.
  • Processes reservations and updates guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Resolves guest complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
