Responsibilities
- Greets guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Answers multi-line phone systems and responds to guest inquiries promptly via email or in person.
- Handles cash, credit card transactions, and petty cash management with 100% accuracy.
- Maintains the lobby and reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Assists with concierge services, including making local recommendations and arranging transportation.
- Processes reservations and updates guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Resolves guest complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
