Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Handle all incoming calls and inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Manage room assignments, reservations, and special requests efficiently using our property management system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and concierge services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Smith Travel) is preferred.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest service.
