Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries regarding reservations and local amenities promptly.
- Process payments, manage credit card transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, and special requests to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle key management and ensure the security of guest rooms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, POS software, and reservation management tools.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
