Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping requests
- Handle guest inquiries with personalized service and local knowledge
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies accurately
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with concierge and F&B teams for seamless guest experiences
- Maintain security protocols for guest information and assets
Qualifications
- 1+ years front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask during peak check-in/out periods
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of San Jose attractions and transportation
