Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations efficiently and accurately during all assigned shifts.
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and speed.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily logs and financial reports.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
