Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our proprietary PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions and special requests
Qualifications
- No experience required – open to career changers and recent graduates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
