Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, checking them in and out efficiently.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and manage correspondence promptly.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and directions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation software.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
