Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Reservations Management: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Front Lobby Oversight: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area at all times.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with local recommendations, concierge requests, and general information.
- Admin Support: Process payments, manage daily logs, and perform light clerical duties.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A polished and professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, tablets, and basic software applications.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
