Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate registration of personal and payment information.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns immediately to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Monitor lobby areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
- Process payments and balance daily cash and credit transactions.
- Provide information regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish or Mandarin are highly desirable.
