Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process efficiently, verifying identity and collecting payments.
- Manage incoming calls and emails professionally, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Distribute mail, packages, and faxes to guests in a timely manner.
- Answer guest questions regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily shift reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and reservation systems (training provided).
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand and move around the lobby area for extended periods.
