Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual in a timely manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, registrations, and appointment scheduling.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management of office supplies.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues or complaints with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience required; we value attitude and willingness to learn over experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy reception environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
