Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, routing calls, and managing emails.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding local attractions, amenities, and hotel services.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing lobby materials.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions accurately and in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
