Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, answer phones, and manage the front desk operations with a smile.
- Check-In/Out: Process guest registrations, verify information, and handle payments efficiently.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation options in Memphis.
- Mail & Packages: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to guests in a timely manner.
- General Support: Assist with special requests, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff, and maintain a clean and professional lobby area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.
- Availability: Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
