Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering multi-line phones.
- Process payments and handle inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and lobby spaces.
- Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- No prior experience required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale or property management systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
