Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism, accuracy, and courtesy.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and reconcile daily logs.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, mail distribution, and data entry.
- Resolve guest concerns and issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (up to 20 lbs).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
