- Administrative Support: Process incoming and outgoing mail, handle package deliveries, and maintain the reception areaβs cleanliness.
- Database Management: Update guest records and maintain accurate appointment schedules using our CRM software.
- Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries via email or in person with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
