  • Execute check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our state-of-the-art Property Management System (PMS).
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Manage the front desk switchboard, answer calls, and route messages promptly.
  • Process payments, verify billing information, and accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby spaces.
  • Cross-train in hotel operations to assist with other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk operations or customer service.
