- Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with a polite and efficient demeanor.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions according to company policy.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and concierge services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
