Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS) and ensure accurate data entry.
- Guest Relations: Respond to incoming phone calls and guest inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Safety & Security: Conduct nightly security rounds, inspect guest rooms for safety hazards, and ensure the lobby and public areas are secure.
- Administrative Duties: Process payments, balance the night audit, and prepare daily reports for the management team.
- General Maintenance: Perform light housekeeping duties in common areas and assist with room status updates as needed.
- Key Management: Manage key distribution and maintain an organized key control log.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or PMS software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Detail Oriented: High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
