Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out processes, concierge duties, and personalized assistance
- Manage room assignments, key distribution, and guest requests with precision
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and maintain accurate reservation records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle billing inquiries, payment processing, and cash management procedures
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness, safety, and service excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if driving shuttle service)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
