As a Shift Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle incoming calls and emails to respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Process payments and manage hotel accounts with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests.
- Perform night audits and cash handling duties as assigned during shift work.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of luggage.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
