Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional smile upon arrival.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate department promptly.
- Maintain the pristine condition of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with patience and grace.
- Assist with luggage handling and valet coordination when needed.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and credit card transactions at the end of every shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
